Houston Heights is our community. It's where we work, play, learn, and grow. When restoring and building heritage homes, we strive to preserve their integrity and honor the local architecture. See some of the old houses we've renovated and the new homes we've built.
Tired of basic builder homes? Us too.
We build exceptional homes, always thoughtfully designed with high-performing floor plans, refined finishes, and timeless style. We're approaching our 50th move-in-ready home.
We approach each project with great care, respect for its history, and a desire to enhance the unique character of the home. Our process is both strategic and meticulous. From design concept to completion-and everything in between-we deliver move-in-ready spaces you'll love coming home to.
KIND WORDS
"We viewed about 30+ houses, none of them spoke to us until we stepped into the house that Ellie and Christian spent time renovating. None of the other houses we looked at even compared in terms of quality and workmanship."
